Having identified the cylinder you could have kept the cost down by squeezing the electrical conectors to make a tight fit conection then it would have cost nowt.Great vid.

I know this is a while back but the wiring!!!! there has been some butchery gone on there....dont you just lovere previous owners, I do wish people who dont know waht they are doing leave things alone :-) ha ha, also why do people have to butcher Multi plugs Its easy enough to connect to single terminal I would have had to sort that wiring out :-) how has the unit performed 3 years on? regards

I bought a Vectra C. 57 plate. Fan runs only on 4. So I got a new front facia and replaced it today. Same thing applies. Now I'm lost as to what to do next, apart from having the fan on full when needed. Help???!? 😉😁

Nice leggy! Watching these cos' I used to own one and now I want one again haha. A few things you might want to do is check the Banjo bolts. The filter in them are notorious for shitting themselves. Stock Intercooler is prone to cracking right by the turbo. Air oil separator or even just a small catch can would do great for the engine. Otherwise have fun man!

Should have just put the intercooler in bath of water and pressurised it with a bike pump instead of guessing..

14:41 I haven't seen you to do the seal between the door and the new replacement panel. So rainwater will wet your car floor now because the seal is comprised.

The blue filter is probably a Cosworth, which has been discontinued.

If you remove the milk canister it will give you similar sound but with same drivability.

I had this issue with an audi i used to have. It sounded so much better but it was auto and between 1st and 2nd if you where just plodding around town and not really giving it much it would kangaroo and feel awful. So went back to vacuum cleaner sound lol

Well ive a skoda 2016 ive got the same code there for underboost bug i all so have P13D600 Thats a glow plug with pressure sensor would that cause inder boost

Tried it on a Yaris 1.4 diesel, only done around 65k miles but turbo was ok, responsive but sometimes sticking. After trying the Revive solution as per instructions, its not worked, in fact the turbo seems worse than before, so disappointed cos i was really hopeful it would revive it.
